All content on this website, including photographs, text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and design elements, belongs to Dreamy Days Photography or is used with permission.

Photography Services

Information about services, pricing, availability, and inclusions is provided for general guidance and may change at any time.
A date is not officially booked until the required contract has been signed and the retainer has been paid.

Inquiries and Booking

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve a date.
Dreamy Days Photography will respond to inquiries as soon as reasonably possible. Availability is not confirmed until the booking process has been completed.

Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing, retainers are non refundable and are required to reserve the agreed date and services.

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, they must notify Dreamy Days Photography in writing as soon as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible, particularly during busy seasons.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

For outdoor sessions, Dreamy Days Photography may recommend rescheduling due to unsafe weather or conditions that would negatively affect the session.
In the event of illness, emergency, severe weather, natural disaster, venue closure, equipment failure, or another circumstance outside reasonable control, Dreamy Days Photography will work with the client to determine an appropriate alternative.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
• Arriving on time
• Providing accurate session information
• Following location rules and venue requirements
• Obtaining any necessary permits or permissions
• Communicating relevant accessibility, safety, or personal needs
• Ensuring children and pets are supervised
• Treating the photographer and other people respectfully
Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the session.

Image Delivery

Images will be delivered through an online gallery or another method outlined in the client contract.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the type of session, season, workload, and unforeseen circumstances.
For weddings, sneak peeks and final gallery delivery will follow the timeline outlined in the applicable contract.

Editing and Artistic Style

Dreamy Days Photography retains creative control over the artistic style, editing, composition, and final selection of images.
Photographs are edited according to the photographer’s established style. Requests for extensive editing, retouching, or changes outside that style may require an additional fee and are not guaranteed.
Not every image taken during a session will be delivered.

Copyright and Image Usage

Dreamy Days Photography retains the copyright to all photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a personal use license to download, print, share, and display their delivered images for non commercial purposes.
Clients may not sell, alter, submit, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission.
When sharing images online, clients are encouraged to credit Dreamy Days Photography.

Model Release and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients grant Dreamy Days Photography permission to use delivered images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, publication, and other promotional purposes.
Clients may request that their images remain private by communicating this request in writing in accordance with the client contract.

Client Closet and Styling Assistance

Dreamy Days Photography may offer access to a client closet for women and children.
The client closet may be available for lifestyle sessions and other sessions where appropriate. Availability may vary by size, season, and session type.
Clients are responsible for treating borrowed clothing and accessories with care and returning items as instructed. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
Dreamy Days Photography is also happy to provide styling assistance for lifestyle and couples sessions. This may include outfit ideas, shopping guidance, and help selecting pieces that fit the client’s vision.
Clients remain responsible for purchasing any clothing or accessories they choose to buy.

Location and Travel

Sessions may take place at locations selected by the client, suggested by Dreamy Days Photography, or agreed upon by both parties.
Clients are responsible for any location fees, permits, admission fees, parking fees, or other costs unless otherwise stated in writing.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside the photographer’s usual service area.

Limitation of Liability

Dreamy Days Photography will take reasonable care while providing services. However, the photographer is not responsible for circumstances outside reasonable control, including injury, illness, weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, loss of images caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, or other unforeseen events.
If images are lost or damaged due to circumstances within the photographer’s control, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected photography services, unless otherwise required by law.
